                    Founder Gary W. Abersold

 Training Experience 1983-Current (2008):  I began training in Asian eneregtics at age 13 while living in Southern Fla.  I  began practicing these arts due to severe health problems that Western Medicine  was not balancing. After about 2-1/2 months of practice I began to see substantial results, within  a short time after I had fully recovered through these time tested practices. Asian Energetics, Wisdom is truly amazing and the results that it had delivered is why I have trained in this with such passion & dedication. I have studied, gathered & developed  a lifetime of techniques that are now used in what I classify as "Qigong Healing Center Method". I am very grateful to all the Master & Doctors who belived in me to share their "Hidden Knowledge". It is now 2008 and some 25 years later and I still gain new insights and skill each and everyday through practice & teaching. 

Introduction: I have studied with many Master Teachers, Monks, Doctors & Healers that are from Mainland China & Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand & Japan. Many of the trainings were outside in a local park's or back in the woods or on top of mountain tops. Most of these teachers didn't advertise or Certify people they just taught what they knew; you had to know someone to get access to them. Below are the certifications I earned from longterm relationships with certain teachers.     

Qualifications in Qigong:

(I.)

System: International Kunlun Shan Dayan Qigong                                                          ( 9-03-2000 to 10-27-2004)

Teacher: Master Feng Hui Chan                                                                  Achievement:  Certified Teacher in  Master Feng Hui Chan System, earned a lineage scroll certificate.          

Commentary:  I learned from Master Feng Hui Chan, Kunlun Shan Dayan Qigong, which is comprised of self regulation still & moving forms and Qigong healing skills. I was Certified as a representative of his approach to these practice on October 27, 2004.

(II.)

System: Bei Xizang Lama Bai He Pai (11-1-1994 to 3-8-2002)

Instructors: Master Zhan Mu Si                                                                                                                  Achievement: Jiaoyuan Level (Senior instructor)                                                              Commentary: Master Zhan Mu Si certified me at the rank of Jiaoyuan in March 2002, which is a Senior instructor level In White Crane System; Master Zhan taught me Traditional Gong Fu, Qigong, Healing applications & Herbal traditions.

System: Yi Tai Chi Chuan System (February 17, 2003)                                            

Instructor: Stuart Alve Olson                                                                                              Achievement: Instructor Certificate,                                                                                 

Commentary: Stuart Olson Alve Olson had taught & Certified me in  the Yi Tai Chi Chuan System which is based on Daoist Cosmolgy & Old style Yang Family Tai Ch Chuan. I learned forms, Qigong Cultivation practice & Meditation skills.       

(IV.)

System: The Institute of Clinical Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine T.C.M.                                  (January 13, 1996 to June 2,1999) 

Instructor: Master Doctor Zhang Yu Xi                                                          Achievement: I Fulfilled the Program Requirements of a intense total of 2,100 hours of Intensive Training for Certification of "Medical Qigong Skills of Competency", "Medical Qigong Therapist Applications". I received this on July 11, 1999. A specialized program for Qigong Therapeutics.

Commentary: I studied with Doctor Zang Yu Xi who was living in Windsor Ontario at the time. I worked with him in his clinic & Institute and learned how to treat people with Qigong Healing or what the Chinese Governement terms "Medical Qigong". He was a great teacher and learned alot from him in approach over several years. He put me and many others through a demading program mirrored to that of Qigong programs in China's clinics & hospitals.

                  Teaching & Work Exerience

                           (1994-Current)

• 1994 -1996: Small group & Private Students- I began teaching in 1994 at Clintondale High School on the football field; private students in the Tibetan & Shaolin White Crane System to interested people from all walks of life. This was the mode of operation for a few years.  

• 1996-2000: Operated the White Crane Healing Center in Clinton Township:                                I Taught  White Crane Healing methods  treated clients with Qigong Treatments  such as self regulation practices &  Qigong  Therapeutical techniques.  Utilized  external herbal  application  & Internal  Herbal formulas,  dispensed Chinese  herbs and operated a private practice.

• 2000-2002: Weekend Workshops; teaching on the road:                                                               I began teaching workshops and short term programs in various places such as the Grosse Pointe War memorial, which was a local Tv show; Boston Ma. taught White Crane at the Botantical Gardens. Downtown Detroit Tai Chi in the morning off the River;, Worked in a Acupuncture Clinic & Chain of Gyms teaching Qigong & practices for MS & ALS in Windsor Canada. Operated a retail shop called White Crane Martial Arts in Mt Clemens Mi. and sold Martial Arts training aids, Chinese herbs.
  

• 2003-2007: Community Center Classes, Private Studio & Teacher Certifications:                        At the beginning of 2003 I founded Dao Traditions Society of Michigan; I started integrating the healing benefits of my training into a unique system. I began teaching Community Center programs in 2003 I was getting more and more people interested in learning Qigong. So I began teaching Qigong mega group learning classes at Centers such as Renaissance Unity, Livonia Unity, The Center for Integrative Healing in Troy Mi., also taught workshops weeklong retreats, private students at Kensington, Raintree, Dodge, Stonycreek, Metrobeach park's.  I have personally certified 12 Instructors since 2003. I also was filmed for PBS demonstrating External Qigong techniques in a group setting, interviewed for natural Awakenigs, Ann Arbor News on the benefits of Qigong & Meditation. I taught a 6 month Medical  Qigong program at St. Johns Hospital in Grosse pointe Michigan. In 2007-Spring 2008 I dedicated most of the year teaching a private Medical Qigong system to a select group of students, which ended in Spring of 2008. 
  

• 2008-current: In May 2008 I founded Qigong Healing Center; this Center was founded based on my practical experience in this Qigong Healing Science. Qigong Healing Center is a unique method which has been in development since January 2000. The goal for "Qigong Healing Center Method" is to get the information out to individuals so everyone can learn about self healing & healing of others.
